No, we work with Lightroom catalogs and smart previews. Your image files stay on your computer and you will receive the Lightroom catalog back once we are done editing.

At PIE the editing of images is taken care of by individual teams. Our employees are great at reading and understanding imagery. In close cooperation with the customer service, they learn how to understand and process your style efficiently.

We love editing and retouching. The employees at PIE are deeply professional in Photoshop and Lightroom, able to work precisely with your requirements of and additionally: they are really fast in what they do. So they are properly prepared for the editing and processing work you need to be done to run your business with a consistent quality and style.

Your contact person at PIE will find a suitable solution for your individual requests. We know that not every foto job is the same and therefore react according to it. There is no problem if for example you only want some images to be retouched, some have to be finished earlier or specific pictures have to be “saved”. We will deliver our usual quality so that you look good in front of your client.

Our employees only work with catalogs and the information according to the order they are processing at that specific moment. Styles and catalogs are stored in a database and cannot be assigned to a specific name. The workplaces are not connected to the Internet and access ports are blocked. Your team only knows a client code but are not aware of any names or addresses.

Basic editing such as image selection or basic retouched can be completed within five business days. Express orders with up to 400 pictures can be processed within 36h after submission.

Yes, we also edit video footage. We offer cutting, images stabilization, color correction, we incorporate effects and choose the perfect music. It doesn’t matter what kind of material you give to us – professionally filmed video material or film snippets filmed with a DSLR or mobile. We will create a film with emotions and dramaturgy.
